A very special shout out this week, to one of our New Coaches, Conal Kavanagh, for his first aid heroics last weekend, in an U11 girls game vs Stella Maris. 
Unfortunately one of the Stella Maris girls suffered a nasty wrist break, and Conal was on hand to administer first aid and to stay with her, keeping her and her parents calm and reassured until an ambulance arrived.
The club received messages of thanks from the coaches and the girls’s mum, who was so appreciative of Conal’s care.
