As a committee of Stepaside Football Club, we make a strong effort to keep communication clear and consistent. ClubZap is our preferred platform for sharing information. However, based on message view counts, we can see that not all notifications are being read by members.

In the past, we have tried holding meetings and conference calls to deliver important updates, but attendance has been very low. Therefore, this year we are sending this communication by email instead. Please take the time to read it carefully – think of it as saving time from attending a meeting! 😊

One of the key messages is about the use of ClubZap. Going forward, we do not expect to send club messages by email, so please review the actions required to ensure you are set up to receive ClubZap notifications.

While many coaches do their best to forward important announcements through team chats on ClubZap or WhatsApp, this is not the responsibility of the coaches. The main source of official club communication will be ClubZap.
